When you book your trip with us, each and every group gets assigned a dedicated Account Manager
as well as the full care and attention of our extended team of experts including those in marketing, finance, design and operations. The service we provide involves much more than just the week that you’re away with us. From the moment you meet us and we start building your trip, right the way through to you arriving home, we work together to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Travelling round the country at the beginning of the year to meet you all is one of our favourite parts of the job. Meeting the new committee, hearing all about your plans for the season ahead and getting excited about your trip is always a wicked experience which often results in a few sore heads the next day… But we don’t just come to sell you a trip, we come to get to know each and every one of you, so that when you have questions or need some advice along the way, you know exactly who you’re speaking to.
